Cone 6 stoneware, "barley" glaze motif. Inspired by the 25,000 honey bees that swarmed my studio. The bees were successfully relocated by the "Bee Whisperer" to Hampden, Maine, where the Queen, her workers, and drones continue to produce yummy honey.
